The general terms and conditions of Just Rights Europe govern the relationship between the firm and its clients. They set out the billing arrangements, the respective obligations of the parties and the applicable rules of professional conduct.
These general terms and conditions apply to all legal services provided by Just Rights Europe, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Fees are determined in accordance with the rules of professional conduct of the Brussels Bar (Barreau de Bruxelles). Further details are set out on our fees page.
The firm is bound by professional secrecy in accordance with the rules of conduct of the legal profession. All information communicated by the client is treated in strict confidence.
The firm’s professional civil liability is covered by insurance in accordance with the requirements of the Brussels Bar.
These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the Brussels judicial district (arrondissement judiciaire de Bruxelles).
